The villa has an open floor plan with combined kitchen and living room on the ground floor.

Master bedroom is located on the upper floor with its own en suite bathroom with shower.

The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor together with a bathroom with shower.

General

The villa is well insulated and equipped with a water-borne heating system that is regulated with an efficient air/water heat pump.

The temperature is individually adjustable in all rooms, and cooling and heating is done via fan coils.

There is also a fireplace (stone) equipped with a cast iron cassette.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, hob/oven, dishwasher espresso machine, toaster, kettele and household utensils.

There is a washing machine (9 kg) as well as an iron and ironing board.

ADSL modem with Wi-Fi at 24 Mbit/s. Google WiFi-mesh system installed for excellent WiFi signal in every corner of the house as well as for the pool area.

Smart TV (55 ") with built-in Wi-Fi with Netflix, You Tube apps, etc., satellite television installed and access to Greek channels.

The villa has a private pool with attached sun loungers as well as a barbecue area. In addition, there is a practical outdoor shower. A patio with outdoor furniture is adjacent to the living room.

The villa area also has a shared larger pool. The common areas also include a tennis court and a soccer field.
